I’m limited on time without making adjustments so when I’m looking for something different than the meal I’m making, quick and easy are two essential requirements.

Our family has been transitioning to a less processed lifestyle for awhile now and have included more meatless meals into our week. If you’re new to this, try starting with a snack or breakfast and go from there. Subscribe Here to receive my free ebook about Avoiding Organic Overwhelm.

I discovered a Spiralizer when I joined a local co-op.  They’re great for making a raw version of curly noodles out of zucchini, potatoes, cucumbers, and more.

I found the Oxo Handheld Spiralizer last week and wanted to try it. It’s nice because it fits right in the drawer with my utensils so easy to reach.

I seem to use things more often when I can see them!

This zucchini spaghetti bowl with marinara & peas is simple, delicious, and can be made in less than 5 minutes!

Here’s a video of how I made it!

My youngest likes her veggie noodles.
